What is included in the Shipping Protection Plus-Service?

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, we will send you a free replacement within 3 business days – without lengthy checks by GLS or other couriers.

How does the process work in case of damage?

  1. You should contact us via our contact form or by email.

  2. You should send us a photo of the damaged item or confirmation that the package did not arrive.

  3. We will check your information internally (no contact with the shipping provider necessary).

  4. We will ship the replacement free of charge within 3 business days.

What does the service cost?

Only 2.49€ per order. This amount covers our internal effort and ensures a quick replacement, without you having to wait long or investigate yourself.

Is the fee refundable if nothing happens?

No. The 2.49€ serves as a flat rate for immediate access to the replacement service – it is non-refundable.

Is this a real shipping insurance?

No, this is not a classic transport insurance. It is an internal customer service that guarantees you an uncomplicated replacement shipment – independent of the shipping provider.

Is the service mandatory?

No, of course not. You can voluntarily add the service at checkout. If you opt out, our regular customer service with standard damage assessment applies.

What happens if I don't book the service?

Even without the service, we will help you with shipping issues. However, processing may take significantly longer in such cases, as we first need to initiate an investigation with the shipping provider.
