Shipping Costs

Shipping of our products is free in most European countries. Simply enter your delivery address at checkout, and the system will automatically calculate the shipping costs.
  • Orders within the EU from 139.90 € → free shipping
  • Orders within the EU under 139.90 € → Shipping costs: 4.95 € – 6.95 €
    The final shipping costs depend on the respective delivery location or delivery address.
France and Spain
  • Orders from 139.90 € → free shipping
  • Orders under 139.90 € → Shipping costs - 7.95 €

Note: In certain regions, higher shipping costs may apply. The exact costs will be displayed to you at checkout after entering the delivery address.

Shipping to Switzerland
  • Shipping costs: from 9 €. The exact costs will be automatically calculated at checkout after entering the delivery address.
  • Shipping partner: Delivery is made by Swiss Post.
  • Customs fees: Since Switzerland is not part of the EU, all shipments are subject to additional customs fees. Unfortunately, we cannot specify the exact amount in advance. These fees are charged directly to the recipient and must be paid before delivery.
  • Delivery time: approx. 10-12 days.

How long is the delivery time?

The delivery time in Germany is approx. 3-5 working days.

Which carrier do we cooperate with?

We have entrusted the delivery of our products to GLS. 

With GLS, you can receive packages flexibly and conveniently or have them picked up by an authorized person. You have numerous options to receive your shipment or redirect it if necessary.

What should I do if the product has not arrived within the specified delivery time?

We strive to deliver all packages within the specified delivery time. If this has not been the case for you, please contact us at  kundenservice@komfortkissen.de

Customs Duties & Taxes for Orders from Non-EU Countries

Customers from the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, and other non-EU countries: All shipments imported into your country may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and handling fees, which vary depending on local regulations. These costs are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and must be settled by the recipient prior to delivery. As customs regulations vary from country to country, we recommend checking with local customs authorities for potential costs.

Customers from the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, and other non-EU countries: we ask you to organize returns independently. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the resulting shipping and customs costs. As customs regulations vary by country, we recommend checking with the relevant authorities in advance about possible fees.

The delivery arrived damaged.

We strive to package the KomfortKissen so that it arrives in perfect condition. If your package has been damaged, please send us a photo to kundenservice@komfortkissen.de and we will do our best to find a solution quickly.

I am not satisfied with the received product.

You can return the KomfortKissen within 14 days without giving any reasons. Please note that only clean and undamaged products can be returned. Otherwise, a penalty will be charged.
Further articles from us can be returned within 14 calendar days after delivery for a refund of the purchase price. The customer is entitled to a money-back guarantee ONLY if the goods have not been used, not unpacked, and are in their original condition.
All costs for the return are to be borne by the customer.

100 nights trial guarantee

You have the opportunity to test our comfort mattresses and mattress toppers risk-free for 100 nights in your own home. If you do not receive the expected comfort, we give you the opportunity to return the mattress or topper and receive the paid amount back.
*The special offer applies to orders placed from January 24, 2025.

Please note that the costs for returning the topper are the responsibility of the customer.
In the event of returning the mattress, the customer is responsible for organizing it independently. The return costs are borne by the customer. The trial period begins on the day the product is picked up. The trial period begins on the day the product is picked up.

I received the wrong product.

If something went wrong with your delivery, please send us a photo to kundenservice@komfortkissen.de and we will strive to find a solution as quickly as possible.

Refund of shipping costs

If you return a product due to a defect, poor quality, or damage, we will also refund your shipping costs.

If you return the product for personal reasons and it shows no visible defects, we will refund the product itself, but the shipping costs will not be refunded.


I returned the pillow but have not yet received a refund.

The refund of the amount or cancellation of the invoice can take up to 14 days after receiving the return. If you still have not received a refund, please write us an email at  kundenservice@komfortkissen.de.

The package was delivered to a parcel center for self-collection or a post office.

All packages must be delivered by courier directly to the address on the label. Shipments that are not delivered directly to the address on the label will not be accepted by us and will automatically be returned to the sender.
