How much does shipping cost?
Shipping of our products to most European countries is free. Simply enter the delivery address into the system, and the system will calculate the shipping itself.Orders with a value of 49.90 EUR or more, shipped within the EU, have no shipping costs. Orders with a value below 49.90 EUR, shipped within the EU, usually have shipping costs of 5 EUR.
How long is the delivery time?
The delivery time in Germany is approximately 3-5 working days.
Which carrier do we work with?
We have entrusted the delivery of our products to GLS.
With GLS, you can receive packages flexibly and conveniently or have them picked up by an authorized person. You have numerous options to receive or redirect your shipment if necessary.
What should I do if the pillow has not arrived within the specified delivery time?

Is shipping to Switzerland possible?
Of course, delivery of the comfort pillow to Switzerland is possible. Shipping costs start at 9 EUR. Place your order in our e-shop, and the system will automatically calculate the shipping costs.
Shipments to Switzerland are handled directly by the local Swiss Post (Swiss Post). Unfortunately, Switzerland is not an EU country. All shipments imported into the country are subject to additional customs duties, but we cannot say in advance how high the customs costs will be. The incurred customs duties are always directed to the recipient, which must be paid before delivery to receive the goods.
Customs Duties & Taxes for Orders from Non-EU Countries
Customers from the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, and other non-EU countries: All shipments imported into your country may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and handling fees, which vary depending on local regulations. These costs are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and must be settled by the recipient before delivery. Since customs regulations vary from country to country, we recommend checking with local customs authorities about possible costs.
The delivery arrived damaged.
We strive to pack the ComfortPillow so that it arrives in perfect condition. If your package has been damaged, please send us a photo to kundenservice@komfortkissen.de and we will strive to find a solution as quickly as possible.
I am not satisfied with the product received.
You can return the KomfortKissen within 14 days without giving any reasons. Please note that only clean and undamaged products can be returned. Otherwise, a penalty will be imposed.
Other items from us can be returned within 14 calendar days after delivery for a refund of the purchase price. The customer is entitled to a money-back guarantee, ONLY if the goods have not been used, not unpacked, and are in their original condition.
All costs for the return are to be borne by the customer.

100 Night Trial Guarantee
You have the opportunity to test our comfort mattresses and mattress toppers risk-free for 100 nights in your own home. If you do not receive the expected comfort, we give you the opportunity to return the mattress or topper and receive the paid amount back.
*The special offer applies to orders placed from January 24, 2025.
Please note that the cost of returning the topper is the responsibility of the customer.
The return of the mattress is free of charge, but a reproduction fee of €39.00 will be applied.
I received the wrong product.
If something went wrong with your delivery, please send us a photo to kundenservice@komfortkissen.de and we will strive to find a solution as quickly as possible.
Reimbursement of Shipping Costs
If you return a product due to a defect, poor quality, or damage, we will also refund the shipping costs.
If you return the product for personal reasons and it has no visible defects, we will refund the product itself, but the shipping costs will not be refunded.
I returned the pillow but have not yet received a refund.
The refund of the amount or cancellation of the invoice can take up to 14 days after receiving the return. If you still have not received a refund, please write us an email at kundenservice@komfortkissen.de .
The package was delivered to a parcel center for self-collection or a post office.
All packages must be delivered by courier directly to the address on the label. Shipments that are not delivered directly to the address on the label will not be accepted by us and will automatically be returned to the sender.
