Updated Return Policy for the Season
To ensure a worry-free Christmas shopping experience, we have extended the return window: all orders placed between November 1 and December 31 come with a 60-day return policy.
Please note: our Premium Comfort Topper always includes a 100-night trial period – this extended policy remains unchanged.
Starting January 1, our regular return conditions apply again.

Shipping Costs
Shipping of our products is free in most European countries. Simply enter your delivery address at checkout, and the system will automatically calculate the shipping cost.
Orders within the EU from €49.90 → free shipping
Orders within the EU under €49.90 → shipping fee €5

France and Spain
Orders from €59.90 → free shipping
Orders under €59.90 → shipping fee €7.90

Note: In certain regions, higher shipping costs may apply. The exact amount will be shown at checkout after entering your delivery address.

Shipping to Switzerland
Shipping cost: from €9. The exact cost will be calculated automatically at checkout after entering your address.
Carrier: Delivery is handled by Swiss Post.
Customs fees: Since Switzerland is not part of the EU, all shipments are subject to additional customs charges. We cannot determine the exact amount in advance. These fees are billed directly to the recipient and must be paid before delivery.
Delivery time: approx. 10–12 days.

Delivery Time
Delivery within Germany takes approx. 3–5 working days.

Which carrier do we use?
We have entrusted the delivery of our products to GLS.
With GLS, you can conveniently receive parcels or authorize someone else to pick them up. You have several options to adjust the delivery location or time.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time?
We aim to deliver all parcels within the stated time frame. If that does not happen, please contact us at kundenservice@komfortkissen.de.

Customs Duties & Taxes for Non-EU Orders
Customers from the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, and other non-EU countries: all shipments imported into your country may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and handling fees depending on local regulations. These costs are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and must be paid by the recipient before delivery. Since customs policies vary by country, we recommend checking with your local customs office for details.

Customers from the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, and other non-EU countries are kindly asked to organize returns independently. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the resulting shipping or customs costs. As customs regulations vary by country, we recommend checking with the relevant authorities in advance regarding possible fees.

My delivery arrived damaged
We pack every KomfortKissen carefully to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If your parcel is damaged, please send us a photo at kundenservice@komfortkissen.de, and we’ll find a quick solution.

I am not satisfied with the product I received
You can return your KomfortKissen within 14 days without giving any reason. Please note that only clean and undamaged products can be returned; otherwise, a penalty fee may apply.
Other items can be returned within 14 calendar days after delivery for a refund. The customer is eligible for a money-back guarantee ONLY if the product has not been used, opened, or damaged and remains in its original condition.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

100-Night Trial Guarantee
You can test our Komfort mattresses and toppers risk-free for 100 nights in your own home. If you don’t experience the desired comfort, you can return the mattress or topper for a full refund.
This special offer applies to orders placed from January 24, 2025.

Please note that return shipping costs for toppers are paid by the customer.
If returning a mattress, the customer must arrange the return independently and cover all costs. The trial period begins on the day the product is delivered.

I received the wrong product
If something went wrong with your order, please send a photo to kundenservice@komfortkissen.de, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.

Refund of Shipping Costs
If you return a product due to defect, poor quality, or damage, we will also refund your shipping costs.
If you return the product for personal reasons and it has no visible defect, we will refund the product price only, but shipping costs are non-refundable.

I returned my pillow but haven’t received a refund yet
Refunds or invoice cancellations may take up to 14 days after we receive your return. If you still haven’t received your refund, please email us at kundenservice@komfortkissen.de.


The parcel was delivered to a pick-up point or post office
All parcels must be delivered directly to the address on the label. Shipments not delivered directly to this address will not be accepted and will automatically be returned to the sender.
