The "chair" arrived well packaged. We still had to put the armrests into the cover ourselves and they were so shapeless due to the vacuum that we didn't expect them to expand and develop into firm armrests after 24 hours.
Overall a great product that we can recommend!!

I've been using the support chair for myself for a while now and have ordered another one for my mother. My bed doesn't have a headboard and my sofa doesn't have side parts, but it's placed against a wall on one side. With the cushion, I can now watch TV, read, or do crafts comfortably leaning against the wall. Before, I had a wedge cushion, but it wasn't high enough, and I always had to stack another cushion on top. Now the support chair is practically my favorite cushion. The only downside: the cover is only available in boring gray...
