3. The delivery time within Germany is usually 3-5 working days. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and order value and are displayed in the checkout before completing the order. Free shipping applies to orders within Germany with an order value of €139 or more. Separate minimum order values apply for deliveries to other EU countries, which are shown in the checkout. For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs and import fees may apply, which must be borne by the recipient.
4. Payment in installments is possible via Unzer – subject to a successful credit check. Available in 3, 6, 9 or 12 installments, interest-free and free of charge for direct debit, from a minimum order value of €100 to a maximum of €5,000. The specific monthly installment amount is calculated and displayed by Unzer in the checkout. All details can be found in our terms and conditions.
