2. The 100-night trial period applies exclusively to the following products:

The trial period begins on the day the product is collected by the customer or by the delivery person. In the event of a return, the customer arranges the return shipment themselves and bears the return shipping costs incurred. You will find further details in our warranty conditions (clause 2).
3. The delivery time within Germany is generally 2–5 working days. Shipping costs are calculated on the basis of the delivery address and the order value and are displayed at checkout before the order is completed. Free shipping applies to orders within Germany from an order value of 139 €. Separate minimum order values apply to deliveries to other EU countries and are stated at checkout. For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties and import charges may apply, which are to be borne by the recipient.
4. Payment by installments is processed via Unzer and is available subject to a successful credit check. You can pay for your order in 3, 6, 9 or 12 interest-free and fee-free installments by direct debit – from a minimum order value of 100 € up to a maximum of 5,000 €. The specific monthly installment amount is calculated and displayed by Unzer at checkout. You will find further information in our General Terms and Conditions. Subject to a successful credit check.
5. The statement “430,000+ customers” is based on the total number of unique customer records in our shop system, accumulated since the company was founded across all European markets. Each record corresponds to a verified order placed by a buyer. “5-star reviews” refer to customer reviews published on our websites as well as on external platforms and sales channels. Only buyers with a completed order can submit a review. Individual experiences may vary.
