• Who can use the ComfortPillow?

The ComfortPillow can be used by anyone. There are no restrictions - regardless of how old or heavy you are.

• Can children and teenagers use the ComfortPillow?

Definitely!

• How do I wash the ComfortPillow?

You can wash the cover. We do not recommend washing the actual pillow.

• Where is the ComfortPillow made?

Our entire production is in Europe, which means we produce a very high-quality and sustainable product. Our employees are just as important to us as our customers.

• Is the pillow available in different sizes?

The pillow is available in the standard size of 100 x 150cm.

• For which ailments is the ComfortPillow helpful?

The pillow is suitable for people with back, neck, and shoulder pain. It supports the head, neck, abdomen, hips, and knees. It relieves discomfort from arthritis, fibromyalgia, and herniated discs and supports circulation and blood flow.

• Is the pillow also suitable for stomach/back sleepers?

The pillow is also suitable for back sleepers. For stomach sleepers, the pillow is not suitable for sleeping, but it can be used in sitting positions for reading, relaxing, or watching TV.

• Is the pillow also suitable for a waterbed?

Absolutely! The pillow is wonderfully suitable for 99% of all German beds.

• What payment methods are available?

We accept payments by card, PayPal, and on account via Klarna.

• How can I cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible at kundenservice@komfortkissen.de to cancel your order. If the package is already in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. 

• I have not received an order confirmation/invoice.

Please contact us at kundenservice@komfortkissen.de and we will check the receipt of your order and resend the order confirmation if necessary. However, please also check your SPAM folder in your inbox.
