For me, it was the best decision to buy the pillow, cover bamboo. I also bought the plush cover in gray, which I haven't used yet. I am very satisfied with the pillow, had a major back surgery and it relieves my hip and my still partially paralyzed leg when lying on my side. The pillow is ideal in bed for reading, watching TV, and sleeping.
