For me, it was the best decision to buy the pillow, bamboo cover. I also bought the plush cover in gray, which I haven't used yet. I am very satisfied with the pillow, had a major back surgery and it relieves my hip and my partially paralyzed leg when lying on my side. The pillow is ideal in bed for reading, watching TV, and sleeping.
