Which firmness level is right for you?
The right firmness level depends mainly on your body weight and preferred sleep position:
- H3 (medium-soft) – Classic: A good choice for side and back sleepers with a light to medium body weight. The shoulder can sink in comfortably while the spine stays in its natural position.
- H4 (medium-firm) – Premium: Recommended for higher body weight or if you prefer a firmer, more supportive sleeping surface – for example, as a stomach or back sleeper. The 7 zones specifically relieve shoulders, back, and hips.

- Rotate regularly: Turn the mattress 180 degrees about every three months (swap the head and foot ends) so it wears evenly.
- Wash the cover: The cover can be removed and washed – please follow the care instructions on the label.
- Air it out well: Let the mattress air out briefly in the morning before making the bed.

Which mattress is right for me – Classic or Premium?
The Classic (18 cm, H3 – medium-soft) is the versatile all-rounder for anyone who likes a balanced, slightly softer feel. The Premium (25 cm, H4 – medium-firm) offers more support with 7 zones and gel foam – ideal for higher body weight or if you prefer a firmer sleeping surface.
Which firmness level suits which body weight?
As a rule of thumb: H3 (Classic) is suitable for light to medium body weight, H4 (Premium) for medium to higher body weight or for anyone who generally prefers a firmer sleeping surface. Your sleep position also plays a role: side sleepers often do better on a softer mattress, while stomach and back sleepers tend to prefer a firmer one.
How does the sleep trial work?
You test your mattress at home for 100 nights. Your body often needs a few weeks to get used to a new mattress – so take that time. If the mattress doesn't convince you, simply get in touch with our customer service.
What should allergy sufferers pay attention to?
The covers are removable and washable, so you can clean them regularly. The foams are CertiPUR-US® certified and the covers are tested for harmful substances according to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100.
Do I also need a topper?
Not necessarily – our mattresses are complete even without a topper. A topper is worthwhile if you want to fine-tune the feel later on (softer or cooler) or want to additionally protect your mattress.
